Micky's Property Services is built to be a one stop shop for homeowners, so that one call fixes it all rather than leaving you to find several different tradespeople for one list of jobs.

Carpentry and painting and decorating are the two trades the business is built around, covering everything from a sticking door to a freshly painted hallway.

Alongside those, electrical work, plumbing and heating cover the smaller jobs that often come up around a home, from an extra socket to a dripping tap or a radiator that needs bleeding.

For a longer list of odd jobs, property maintenance brings several trades together in one visit, planned in the right order so nothing gets undone by the next job.

Carpentry work ranges from a single door that needs easing to a full set of fitted storage, and the list of jobs covered includes internal doors, skirting and architrave, alcove shelving, fitted wardrobes, under-stairs storage, loft hatches and ladders, and staircase repairs. Decorating covers interior work room by room as well as exterior woodwork such as front doors and window frames, with proper preparation behind every finish.
