When you fill in the quote or contact form on this website, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and your message about the job. We do not collect anything else about you through the form.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss the job and give you a quote. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Our lawful basis

We handle your details on the basis of our legitimate interests in replying to enquiries, and because we are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract for work.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is passed only to the form and email providers this website actually uses to deliver it to us: FormSubmit, which forwards the form contents to our email address, and our website hosting and email provider, which stores a copy of the enquiry and sends us a notification. Beyond that, your details are not shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Where we have quoted for or carried out work, we may keep records for up to two years.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, to ask us to correct them, to ask us to delete them and to object to how we use them. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
