What to expect on the day

For a list of several jobs, the order of work is planned before anyone arrives, so earlier jobs do not undo or mark the ones that follow.

Dust sheets and protection go down for the whole visit rather than being set up and packed away between each separate job on the list.

Making the most of one visit

A sticking door, a dripping tap and a patch of peeling paint can all be looked at on the same visit, rather than waiting for three separate call outs.

Photographs of each item on the list, sent before the visit, help with planning the right order and materials.

Property maintenance from our Chorleywood base

Property maintenance visits are arranged from our base at 33 Swannells Walk, Chorleywood, 8am to 4pm on weekdays, covering the towns on our areas we cover page.

That includes homes in Hatch End, Chalfont St Peter and Hurley, as well as the rest of the area covered from Chorleywood.
